Jalandhar, October 17, 2021: Promoting the message of healthy living and fitness, CT Group of Institutions along with the support of Jalandhar Police Commissionerate and Rajan Syal’s Parindey organized Weekend of Wellness (WOW), amidst rain, in the open streets of Model Town today.

The Guests for the occasion remained CT Group Co-Chairperson Parminder Kaur Channi, Managing Director Manbir Singh, Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh, ACP Model Town Harinder S Gill and SHO Surjit Singh.

People of different age bars participated in this gala fitness event in which they broke into synchronized dance moves and pumping workouts in a traffic free zone. The Model Town streets from 6am to 9am were cordoned off for the citizens. They used the streets for recreation that promoted health, wellbeing, fitness, togetherness and joy. The residents reformed their roads as open-air dance studios, art hubs, gymnasiums and yoga institutes.

The event started with fun filled and healthy activities like Yoga, cross fit, cycling, Aerobics, Zumba, Live Dhol, Gully Cricket, Open DJ, Badminton, Soccer, and many more.

Rajan Syal from Parindey Academy said that residents have participated in this event whole heartedly and we as a fitness partner thank CT Group for giving us a chance to promote healthy lifestyle in a unique way.

Manbir Singh, Managing Director and Harpreet Singh, Vice Chairman, CT Group said that the endeavour aimed to encourage people to start walking, cycling and doing more fitness related activities in an entertaining way for a healthy living, especially after lockdown. The event is organized on Sunday to promote healthy lifestyle and remind the citizens to reclaim the streets as it belongs to them.

They thanked Police Commissionerate, Rajan Syal Parindey and participants for making this event a grand success once again.

1Listening (30 minutes)
You will listen to four recording of Native English Speakers and then write your answers to a series of 40 different questions.
2Reading (60 minutes)
The Reading component consists of 40 questions in three various passages, designed to test wide range of reading skills of the student.
3Writing (60 minutes)
Writing Module consist of Task 1 & Task 2 in which task 1 will ask you to analyse, explain and compare the given data to evaluate the writing skills of the student. However, the task 2 will check the efficiency of the student in writing an essay on a specific general topic.
4Speaking (11-14 minutes)
The speaking test will assess your communication skills in English. Each test will be recorded for quality evaluation process.
Part – 1 The examiner will ask you few introduction and general questions.
Part – 2 A cue-card will be given to check the fluency and consistency in English.
Part – 3 Further questions will be asked related to cue-card.

CT Group Marks 551st Birth Anniversary Of Guru Nanak

Jalandhar, November 30, 2020: CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur marked 551st Birth Anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji by organizing a ceremony in which staff members recited Sukhmani Sahib Path. The majority of them were donned in saffron colored turbans and dupattas.

CT Group Co-Chairperson Parminder Kaur Channi, Tanika Singh graced the occasion along with Managing Director Manbir Singh and Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh.

Recalling the last year’s celebration, CT Group Managing Director Manbir Singh said, “I, on behalf of CT Group, wishes everyone on the occasion of birth anniversary today.
